About Jennifer

I was born in Florida and grew up in the D.C. area. As the oldest of four girls, I learned early how to be resourceful, creative, and make something out of nothing. I’ve always loved seeing possibilities, reimagining spaces, and helping bring an idea to life—qualities that naturally shaped the way I approach real estate.
After college, I moved to Pawleys Island more than twenty years ago and quickly fell in love with the coastal lifestyle. The Grand Strand has become home, and I feel fortunate to help others build a life here, make a move within the area, or begin a new chapter somewhere else.
What I love most about real estate is helping people turn their goals into something tangible. Every client has a different story and a different reason for moving. My role is to listen, understand what matters most, and guide them with care, clarity, and a thoughtful plan.
Selling a home is about far more than putting a sign in the yard. I love helping sellers see their homes through new eyes and highlighting what makes each property special. From thoughtful preparation and staging to positioning and marketing, every detail is handled with intention.
